Dr. Pryor and his staff are the best. You will not find a more caring and competent staff. I have not "shopped" other vets and I do not intend to, they are worth every dime. After they cared for our two dogs from puppies to beyond, we will be back with our newest family member when that time comes. Thank you.
Our dog is part of our family, and we want our family to receive the best treatment possible by people who share those same sentiments. Dillsburg was not our primary vet, however when we had a critical care issue, our vet didn't see to it to fit us in, however Dillsburg did. That alone isn't why we switched. It was the staff and their attentiveness and care both during and after our visit. The prices for their services seemed on par with our prior vet, but it's of a secondary concern when the primary is the well being of our dog. Within one visit, they've earned our trust and we're thankful for that.
Awhile the doctor & staff were caring and nice. Prices were 2.5 times higher then my previous vet. And their prices were still 2x higher for services then at the other equally qualified caring vet & staff I ultimately decided on for my pet. A treatment estimate given in the Dillsburg office was even higher come checkout time. Because of that increase in price (that I paid), I decided to check out the cost of a recommended procedure elsewhere. The same procedure done by an equally qualified tech and read by a specialist was $220 dollars cheaper. So in order to be able to continue to provide for my pet's care and also a second pet, I chose another equally qualified caring vet with more affordable pricing.
Cannot thank you enough for staying late Thanksgiving Eve and saving my dogs life at a reasonable price!
Dr Pryor is an active listener when pet owner communicates problem. Dr Pryor lays out all the options on the table. Most of all his he exudes the love of animals. U did a marvelous job with Libre! The staff were awesome
