Customer service is ATROCIOUS. It's a stretch to even to say that the employees here possess an inkling of communication skills. Ironic considering this is a post office, a COMMUNICATION hub, a basic COMMUNITY service. I have only needed to do business here 3 times in the past two years, with the 3rd being just a few minutes ago. All three instances I have been treated as if I'm a mere plebeian. I was simply asking about a parcel pickup this afternoon but met with attitude saying "WE HAVE SO MANY PACKAGES HERE YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THE DELIVER DATE LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. CLICK."
Went there to ick up a package and the lady asked one of the guys in the back who had an attitude. Was disrespectful to a customer standing right there. Said they dont give packages there if they are set for delivery. Yet i had done it before 6 months ago.
Just watched the parcel delivery person doing the posted speed for our road, IN OUR DRIVEWAY WITH NO REGARD FOR THE ANIMALS. They have no business doing 30 in a DRIVEWAY. 4/21/17 @1pm
Wow I wouldn't have expected that outcome from a federal service. If I had a choice in carriers next time, I'd choose F*d-Ex or even a pigeon.
Poor customer service. Management should do something.
Just had a package deliver too my house i order off Amazon and been waiting. It was shoved into my mailbox and now is stuck
