Facility is well kept and clean. Barbara is great, informative and friendly. We will definitely rent again at Valley storage.
Barbara at valley storage did an outstanding job in handling our needs, she worked with our movers as well as us to help make the transition into our new home a stress free job. There facility was always maintained and we felt safe and comfortable there at night as well as the day. There after hour service is spot on as well. One day we went out to move a few items one forgot to bring our gate code and in just a few minutes and a couple of verification questions we were back in business. I give the team at Vally storage and Barbara a big thumbs up and would highly recommend there facility , it was a pleasure working with them.
Super great storage facility. Great friendly service from Barbara. Very clean units, and you can't beat the price on units, but most of all, you can't beat the friendly service. Wish all storage units were like Valley Storage Co., in Dillsburg, PA. Definitely worth the 20 plus miles commute for a good storage unit.
