I had the most wonderful experience here. My stylist was Jami she was so sweet with my little one running around. My daughter and I got one of the best haircuts for the price. I'd drive an hour just to see her. I'm sooo happy. Just love her.
I just had the worst experience at Holiday Hair in Dillsburg, I'd give the rating a negative 10. A girl by the name of Morgan, with green hair, gave my 5yo a hair cut. We told her that he loved his curls and wants to keep them, just to trim him up. My son was very well behaved during the hair cut and she was so incredibly rude to him. I've never met anyone in that profession quite like her. He would scratch his neck and she'd say "stop moving or I'll give you a bad hair cut". He's move his head to the side and she'd say "I told you to stop moving!" She said that the whole way through the hair cut, and he wasn't moving much at all. She ended up cutting all of his curls off. When I checked out, I said to Morgan "we won't be coming back, if you're working with the public you should try to be nice to your customers". She said "if you were a better Mom, he'd have a better haircut". WHAT the!?!? I was so upset! The other hair dressers kept apologizing for her, saying that she's stressed and has anxiety. On our way to Giant, my son was in tears, I was also in tears and he said "why was she so mean to and why did she cut all of my curls?". I told him that maybe she was having a bad day. I decided to come back and ask for a refund. Morgan was hiding in the back. Coward. It would've been nice to have an apology from her. The rest of the staff were very nice and extremely apologetic. They called corporate while I was gone and told me to do the same. They were very embarrassed for her. I should pray for her, but I'm too upset right now to do it. Maybe later...
I get a great haircut every time I visit. Nice friendly staff. Make an appointment or walk in.
DO NOT go here. You will spend $200+ for them to tell you "no one can look exactly like the picture" I wanted highlights that turned to colors I don't recogniZe and after saying they would fix it no charged it turned to an extra 50$ if I just want an all over color to cover it up. This place is a joke
I've been going there for years and they've done such a great job.
