Muddy sites could be better, the wi-fi could be better.
it's by all means a muddy and grubby campground and that at 36$ for W/E only – way overpriced. if you walk to the camphost's office be aware that you circle properly around the endless heaps of dog-poo – a real mess. they offer a WIFI, but it's endless slow.
first thing they ask is are you member of *passport america*. if you say yes, your chance of a full hookup is most likely gone.
Don't live here. Lot rent is high and you'll get letters about washing your home. Pet restrictions. You have to do your own lawn service. Shed size restrictions. Campground rates are better.
Small park with mostly permanents, but kept very clean. We have a 44 ft motorhome so it was a little tight getting to our spot, but doable. Good WiFi and satellite came in good.
Great smaller campground, off the beaten path with many long term residents. Very friendly.
Worth noting is the campground is being expanded with many more 50 amp hookups.
i would not go back to this place.
